Canara Bank PO recruitment 2018: Canara Bank has released its notification for admission to the one year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course at Manipal Global Education Services Pvt Ltd. (MaGE), Bangalore and Nitte Education International Pvt Ltd. (NEIPL) Greater Mangalore. The number of vacancies is 800 for Canara Bank’s Probationary Officers post.
On successful completion of the course, candidates will be hired as Probationary Officers in junior management grade scale I. Finally selected candidates are eligible for admission at any of the selected institutes based on merit cum preference. The registration process can be done at canarabank.com. The exam will be held in the online mode on December 23 (tentative).
Candidates shall be selected through a selection process consisting of the online test followed by Group Discussion or/and personal interview.
The application fees is Rs 118 for SC/ST/PWD candidates while it is Rs 708 for all others.
Canara Bank PO recruitment 2018: Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification: Aspirants should be holding a graduation degree with a minimum of 60 percent marks (55 percent for SC/ST/PWBD) or equivalent grade from a recognized university.
Age limit: The age of the candidates should be maximum 30 years and a minimum of 20 years. Relaxation in age will be provided as per the government norms.

Canara Bank recruitment 2018: the Selection process
The selection will be made on the basis of an online objective test followed by group discussion and personal interview.
The recruitment test, except the English Language section in the mains exam all others will be available bilingually, i.e. in both English and Hindi.
