I have been using it for a long time now at least 4-5 times a day. I should say it is a Great product! 

I absolutely loved the fact that it’s easy to clean as it’s stainless steel and wide enough. if you are boiling milk it might get burnt due to overheating & overbooking if not turned off immediately. For water, it is ok even if u forget a cycle. But overall a good product compared with plastic or narrow jug models. Great utility product and Easy to use. Different temperature options available are what I liked the most. Handy when u need to make quick recipes but I mostly use it to boil water and make Maggie.
